..which we are collaborating with our friend Alan Benton from Benton's Smoked Country Ham and Bacon! Yes that's right and we are stinking honored..we can't say it enough!





There were 2 recipes we tied the other night and folks liked one hands down over the other. Stay tuned for the next round of taste-testing!!! Its a smoky good time..hehe
